4/24/2010 7:00 AM	APhA Diabetes Certificate Program	The APhA Diabetes Certificate Program, titled Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Diabetes, is an innovative and intensive practice-based activity that focuses on the pharmacist\'s role in the area of diabetes management. The program, which emphasizes a health care team approach, seeks to foster the implementation of pharmaceutical care interventions that will promote disease self-management. This program is open to pharmacists as well as third and fourth year pharmacy students and is being offered on Saturday April 24, 2010 at the WVU Health Sciences Center in Morgantown. If you would like to attend, please fill out the registration form on the attached brochure and return it as indicated. Please note there is a self-study component that must be completed prior to attending the live portion of the program. The codes to access the self study material online will be provided to you 30 days prior to the program and after you register.
